WELCOME
The brothers of the Zeta Theta chapter would like to invite our alumni back for our third Alumni Golf Tournament. The event is a best ball scramble and will be hosted at Packsaddle Ridge Golf Club on April 13th. This is a perfect opportunity for our alumni to renew the sense of brotherhood that we feel as brothers right now. While participating, this year it is our goal to show each alumnus a great time, help alumni make contacts with past and present brothers and most importantly, to play an enjoyable game of golf. At this event we also hope that the newer brothers gain a sense of history about our chapter when meeting each participating alumnus at the tournament.
Reservation and Sponsorship:
This year’s tournament will cost $75 per alumnus. This fee covers a continental breakfast, the tournament, entrance into hole specific contests (long drive, closest to the pin, etc.), catered food after the tournament is over, and Saturday (Block party). Registration can be purchased below for the individual or for the entire foursome.
Sponsor:
Given that many younger brothers don’t know many KA Alumni well, we would like to get a chance to change that by sponsoring and playing with a brother. If you would like to sponsor a brother by paying $1-$50 of his entry fee you may do so via the payment options below. (We’re poor college kids. What can I say?) If the active you sponsor is in your foursome please note that when you register. This, of course, is completely optional. If you do not play golf you are most certainly welcome to come for lunch and hang out on the course for the day. Many active brothers will be hanging around looking to meet those who came before them. The fee for just the luncheon is $15. It will be served at 1:30 PM. Can’t make it this year? Donations can be made via PayPal or written checks(see instructions below) to help improve the weekend.Pick your preferred foursome:

8:30 Car Pool to Packsaddle from hotel
8:45 Continental breakfast served, and opening ceremony.
9:30 Tee off.
1:30 Lunch Served, Awards, and Closing ceremonies.Payment Options:

As there is a limited number of guaranteed spots, early registration is suggested.

For all alumni that will be in attendance, please purchase your reservation in advance via the PayPal account.
Physical Registration:
All checks should be written out to “Zeta Theta Special Events” and mailed to:

Donations:
Use PayPal or the snail mail options above. When making a donation please specify which method you are choosing. (Hole sponsorship, contests, etc.) Donations to the chapter can be made in several ways. Each hole is available for sponsorship. At $50 a hole, tee boxes will be adorned with a sign comprised of names, messages, or inside jokes of the sponsor’s choosing. A mulligan is also for sale at $10 each with a limit of four per foursome.
Set donations are also available in three levels, Ammen ($99 and below), Marshall ($100-$250), and Lee (over $250). Lee donators will be given a gift from the chapter.
Lodging Info
Lodging is available at the Day’s Inn located at 1131 Forest Hill Rd (directly across from 1218) is where Kappa Alpha has rooms blocked off for Alumni Weekend. Please refer to the Days Inn website by clicking here or just give them a call at 540-433-9353 to reserve your room under the name “Kappa Alpha Alumni Golf Tournament”.
